3rd Friday IoT Breakfast Meetup

The majority of innnovative tech leaders, entreprenuers and speakers featured on IoTandBeyond.com initially presented at the North Texas “3rd Friday IoT Breakfast Metup.” The 3rd Friday IoT Breakfast is a monthly meeting of Internet of Things (IoT) technologists, business execs and entrepreneurs located in North Texas (and some from Austin). Other speakers come from the IEEE MetroCon Conference and from our IoT Happy Hour Meetup held every first Thursday of the month.

The diverse topics and in-depth presentations given in this group come from the extensive talent found in the community including: end device/sensor makers and edge computing experts, connectivity gurus (both wireless and wired) as well as backend specialists with expertise in quantum computing, cloud, analytical tools, artificial intelligence(AI), system designers/architects and system integrators.

We’ve been meeting monthly for almost 9 years now. We share ideas, learn about new technologies and approaches to IoT, and find resources and talent in this community that can help us build our IoT companies and solutions. Come join us and be a part of this diverse and growing IoT community.

IoT Happy Hour Meetup

1st Thursday IoT Happy Hour Meetup

These are hybrid and free events. Come early and stay late if you can. (Bar opens at 5 pm. – self paid. Leave whenever you like… or when the bar closes.) This in-person event allows us to come together and meet other IoT professionals, technologists, business execs… and help us find resources, talent and solutions to our issues… and learn about new trends and tech in the industry.

The folks that attend have expertise from all segments of the IoT industry from end device/sensor/actuator builders, to connectivity gurus (wired and wireless), to backend computer systems/platforms and analytic tools specialists and even edge computing/processing and AI/ML experts.
